How do I know whether I am a candidate?
A specialist physician reviews your records and imaging and determines whether you are a candidate before anything is proposed. Most people who ask are adults living with joint pain or wear who want to understand their options before considering surgery. The review costs nothing and carries no obligation. If you are a candidate, you receive a program personalized for your condition.
What is actually being administered?
Allogeneic stem cell therapy — [cell type & source] — obtained from a cell bank licensed by COFEPRIS, Mexico's health authority. The preparation and dose are set by your protocol and explained during your medical review.
You receive the paperwork behind it: the bank's sanitary license, donor screening records, and the certificate of analysis for the specific lot used in your procedure.
How long do I need to stay in Cancún?
Most protocols are three to four days, including your final assessment, the procedure and observation. Your coordinator confirms the exact schedule before you book flights.
Will my insurance cover this?
Almost certainly not — U.S. and Canadian insurers do not typically reimburse elective regenerative care abroad. We provide complete itemized documentation for your records and for any HSA or FSA claim you choose to pursue, but we never suggest that reimbursement is likely.
Can I speak with the physician before I commit?
Yes. A video consultation with the treating physician is part of the review, before any payment and before any travel is booked.
