What the research actually says.

Regenerative medicine is moving quickly, and most of what is written about it is either marketing or dismissal. These are plain-language reviews of the actual published evidence — what looks promising, how strong the findings are, and what is still unresolved. Every article is written from primary sources, cites them, and is reviewed by a licensed physician before it appears here.

Nothing here is for sale. There is no form on these pages and no appointment to book. This is educational material: it is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not an offer of treatment. These therapies are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for most indications, and we say so in every article.

New articles roughly every two weeks. Everything published here is reviewed by a licensed physician, carries the date it was last reviewed, and links to the primary source so you can read it yourself.
